Key responsibilities
The ideal candidate would work on a wide range of projects and media, in terms of
Video and Graphic-based content creation & editing for SLC Social media initiatives
and Marketing campaigns
The responsibility further extends to following key activities;
Designing of Artworks and Layouts for SLC publications
Designing work pertaining to Sri Lanka Cricket’s Corporate events, International and
Domestic Cricket activities
• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards
and brand expectations of the organization
• Any other special projects assigned by the management
Required skills
» Knowledge in working with Graphics and Video Editing Machines
» Proficiency in Video Editing Software, Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Premiere Pro, After
Effects, Photoshop)
» Good understanding in terms of camera angles, framing and formatting for social
media
» Knowledge in operating High Definition Video Camera’s
» Accuracy and attention to detail
» Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with Marketing/Media
teams, meeting deadlines
» Continuously exploit and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best
practices to maximize efficiency
Skills Required (not essential, but will be an advantage)
» Expertise in setting up and handling and operating video equipment such as
lighting, audio, and camera
» Have an expansive knowledge of audio and video equipment
» Experience in live streaming in terms of software, production, and technology
Other requirements
• 5 years of experience in a similar capacity along with a sound work profile and track
record
• Advanced Diploma in Digital and Postproduction Technology or Diploma in
Non-Linear Video Editing or similar qualifications
• Age between 25 to 40 years
