Model Application Form for Government Job Openings in Sri Lanka
How to obtain an application form (Model Application) for whatever post one attempts to apply for is the main issue candidates seeking government vacancies encounter.
For all positions normally advertised in the Government Gazette, sample application forms are often published in that Gazette. The applicant is in charge of putting together the application for the open positions in accordance with the provided model form.
The application forms listed here can be used by applicants for positions for which sample application forms have not yet been submitted and for positions for which self-prepared application forms are required.

රජයේ පුරප්පාඩු අපේක්ෂා කරන අයදුම්කරුවන් මුහුණ දෙන ප්රධාන ගැටලුව වන්නේ ඔවුන් අයදුම් කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරන ඕනෑම තනතුරක් සඳහා අයදුම්පතක් (ආදර්ශ අයදුම්පතක්) ලබා ගන්නේ කෙසේද යන්නයි.
සාමාන්යයෙන් රජයේ ගැසට් පත්රයේ පළ කෙරෙන සියලුම පුරප්පාඩු සඳහා වන ආදර්ශ අයදුම්පත් සාමාන්යයෙන් එම ගැසට් පත්රයේ පළ කෙරේ. ලබා දී ඇති නියැදි පෝරමයට අනුකූලව ලබා දී ඇති තනතුරු සඳහා අයදුම්පත්රය සකස් කිරීම අයදුම්කරුගේ වගකීම වේ.
නියැදි අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කර නොමැති තනතුරු සඳහා අයදුම්කරුවන්ට සහ ස්වයං-සකස් කරන ලද අයදුම්පත් එවීමේ දැන්වීම සමඟ එන තනතුරු සඳහා පහත දක්වා ඇති අයදුම්පත් භාවිතා කර තම අයදුම්පත් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැකිය.

அரசு காலிப் பணியிடங்களைத் தேடும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் முக்கியப் பிரச்சனை, தாங்கள் விண்ணப்பிக்க முயற்சிக்கும் எந்தப் பதவிக்கும் விண்ணப்பப் படிவத்தை (மாதிரி விண்ணப்பம்) எப்படிப் பெறுவது என்பதுதான்.
பொதுவாக அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் அனைத்து காலியிடங்களுக்கான மாதிரி விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களும் அந்த வர்த்தமானியில் வெளியிடப்படுவது வழக்கம். கொடுக்கப்பட்ட மாதிரி படிவத்தின்படி கொடுக்கப்பட்ட பதவிகளுக்கான விண்ணப்பத்தை தயாரிப்பது விண்ணப்பதாரரின் பொறுப்பாகும்.
மாதிரி விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்கள் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்படாத பதவிகளுக்கும், சுயமாகத் தயாரித்த விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களை அனுப்பும் விளம்பரத்துடன் வரும் பதவிகளுக்கும் விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் கீழே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி விண்ணப்பங்களைச் சமர்ப்பிக்கலாம்.
